SholoTech designs and builds custom web and mobile applications, and publishes its own apps. The scope, timeline, and cost of any client project are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
2. Use of our website & apps
- You agree to use our website and apps lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
- You will not copy, resell, or redistribute our content or software without permission.
3. Bookings & consultations
Consultation calls booked through our site are free and carry no obligation. Booking a call does not create a contract for paid work — any engagement is confirmed separately.
4. Intellectual property
All branding, content, and code on this website are owned by SholoTech unless stated otherwise. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is defined in the individual project agreement.
5. Disclaimers
Our website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep everything running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SholoTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, apps, or services.
